    该职位是一个销售职位,通过提高销售额和与客户建立牢固的关系来推动可持续业务增长。该职位开发新业务渠道为公司带来持续的业务增长,并支持营销与销售总监(经理)通过创造新的商业机会以及激励现有分销商来推动道格拉斯动力设备旗下品牌在中国的业务增长。该职位必须全面了解公司的竞争对手和市场。该人员将与营销同事和业务支持同事密切合作,以确定潜在的新客户、拟定提案并审查合同。

    基本职责:
    1.推动中国市场的可持续业务增长:增加现有客户/分销商的价值,同时吸引新客户;在公司和业务合作伙伴/客户之间保持牢固的关系;制定并细分合作伙伴/分销商的区域销售计划;分析业务偏差并及时纠正。
    2.寻找和开发新的业务增长机会:为业务增长寻找新市场/合作伙伴/客户;联系潜在客户,建立融洽关系并安排会议;了解客户需求动态,发掘潜在客户,跟踪客户发展;实现增加公司市场份额
    3.客户/客户关系管理:通过组织和安排客户访问和交流想法,建立顺畅的客户沟通渠道;定期拜访客户,随时了解客户要求;及时处理客户的异议和投诉,提高客户满意度,建立长期、良好、稳定的区域客户关系;
    4.为所负责团队和业务增长制定目标,并确保实现这些目标
    5、销售信息管理,根据公司业务发展需要和区域市场特点,收集区域内产品市场变化情况和主要竞争对手的经营业绩,配合营销团队分析预测市场信息,制定对策,并及时向有关部门提出建议;全面分析客户档案和交易记录;确保销售信息的及时性、准确性和完整性,并为营销、产品管理和技术服务提供支持,确保团队内信息的透明性。
    6、积极配合团队,确保公司总体目标的实现
    7.保持工作区域(工具、材料和设备)清洁有序。
    8.在可行的情况下,与组建的团队一起参与系统和程序的持续改进工作。
    9.遵守公司安全规则;维护安全的工作区域和设备。及时报告或解决任何不安全情况。
    10.遵守公司有关工作和行为的政策和程序。
    11.有效率,有质量,及时完成市场营销总监(经理)分配的各项工作
    行业经历:具有5年以上汽车、底盘车或装配厂车辆行业的专业业务开发或销售经验者优先考虑,具有除雪设备、公路(高速)养护设备及环卫设备经验者优先考虑。
    英语要求:能够独立听说读写,与国外同事交流无障碍
    专业技能:了解业务和财务,独立工作能力,在复杂情况下解决问题,战略规划技能,道路维护和环境卫生行业的知识和经验
    计算机技能:精通Microsoft Office产品和Internet Explorer。舒适地使用计算机完成各种任务
    数学技能:数据驱动和结构化思维。捍卫相关产品和品牌最佳利益的商业意识和情感承诺。
    推理能力:能够在最少的指导下蓬勃发展,积极主动并处理不确定性
    身体要求:能够在快节奏的环境中工作,以满足严格的期限要求。热情、主动性强、有礼貌、为他人着想。

    工作环境:办公室环境,国内外出差,大概需要50%左右工作时间为出差时间。

    Business Development (Sales) Manager


    JOB SUMMARY: This role is a sales position to drive sustainable business growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. This role shall develop the pipeline of new business coming into the company and support the director (manager) of marketing & sales to drive the growth of business in China by generating new business opportunities as well as motivating the existed distributors. This role must have thorough knowledge of the company's competitors and the marketplace. He or she will work closely with the marketing colleague and business support colleague to identify potential new clients, craft proposals, and review contracts.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Drive sustainable business growth in China market

    • Increasing the value of current clients/ distributors while attracting new ones
    • Maintain strong relationships between the company and business partners/ clients
    • Develop and breakdown partners’/ distributors ‘regional sales plan,
    • Analyze the business deviations and correct them in time

    2. Finding and developing new opportunities for business growth

    • Researching to find new markets/partners/ clients for business growth
    • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings

    o Understanding customer demand dynamics to explore potential customers, and track customer development;

    o To achieve the purpose of increasing the company's market share

    3. Customer/client Relationship Management:

    o Establish smooth customer communication channels by organizing and arranging customers/clients to visit and exchange ideas;

    o Regular visits customers to understand customer requirements at any time;

    o Handle customer/clients objections and complaints in time to improve customer satisfaction and establish long-term, good and stable regional customer relationship

    4. Developing goals for the responsible team and business growth and ensuring they are met

    5. Sales information management, according to the company's business development needs and regional market characteristics, collect the product market changes in the region and the business performance of key competitors, cooperate with marketing team to analyze and predict the market information, formulate countermeasures, and provide suggestions to relevant departments in time; Comprehensive analysis of customer files and transaction records; Ensure the timeliness, accuracy and integrity of sales information, and provide support for marketing, products management and technical service to make sure the information transparency within the team.

    6. Actively cooperate with the team to ensure the realization of the company's overall objectives

    7. Keep work areas (tools, material and equipment) clean and orderly.

    8. Participate when feasible with teams formed to create continuous improvement efforts in systems and procedures.

    9. Follow Company safety rules; maintain safe work area and equipment. Promptly report or resolve any unsafe condition.

    10. Follow Company policies and procedures regarding work and conduct.

    OTHER DUTIES:

    1. As assigned by Sales and Marketing Director (manager)-China.

    REQUIRED SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

    Education: Bachelor Degree required; master’s degree may be preferred in business administrative or a related field

    Working Experiences: above 5 years professional business development or sales experiences in the industry of automobiles, chassis or up-fitting plant, or snow removal equipment, road (high-way) maintenance equipment.

    Communication Skills: Strong motivation, critical thinking, Intermediate presentation, writing, reporting, and communication skills. Team-oriented, able to work within a fast-paced matrix organization. Ability to operate under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Diverse skills to communicate with numerous outside agencies, publications and associations.

    Technical Skills: Business and finance understanding, ability to work independently, problem-solving in the complicated situation, strategic planning skills, the knowledge and experiences in the industry of road maintenance and environmental sanitation

    Computer Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and Internet Explorer. Comfortable using a computer for various tasks

    Mathematical Skills: Data-driven and structured mindset. Business sense and emotional commitment to defend the best interests of the products and brands involved.

    Reasoning Ability: Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive and handle uncertainty

    Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment in order to meet strict deadlines. Enthusiastic, high initiative, courteous and considerate of others.

    Work Environment: Office setting, domestic and oversea travels may be required. The frequency is around 50%
